Ethical Sourcing Commitment

We specialise in the sourcing and supply of high-quality certified gemstones, and we operate with zero tolerance for any form of forced, bonded, or exploitative labour. Our sourcing practices are guided by strict due diligence, transparency, and alignment with EU standards and international human rights frameworks.

We do not deal in Russian goods, directly or indirectly, and we categorically avoid any material that originates from regions under international sanctions or known for unethical labour practices.

Our gemstones are certified exclusively by world-renowned laboratories such as GIA, GRS, SSEF, Gübelin, and AIG, ensuring complete traceability, authenticity, and compliance with ethical sourcing protocols.

Supplier Standards and Expectations

All suppliers and partners working with GLX Consultoria are required to:

Ensure all workers are employed voluntarily and work under safe and lawful conditions
Prohibit the use of forced labour, child labour, or any form of coercion
Offer clear contracts with fair terms and termination rights
Refrain from withholding wages, identity documents, or freedom of movement
Operate transparent and auditable systems that meet or exceed EU compliance requirements
Adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme and all relevant ethical sourcing frameworks

Any supplier found in breach of these requirements will be subject to immediate review and potential termination.
